Full-Time Registered Nurse Overview:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’snurse practice act.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
• Providing care in the clients home, and doing so with respect and compassion to help ensurethe highest level of comfort and care.

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Texas
• 1 year experience as an RN in home health and/or infusions
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car / auto insurance.
• Valid and unrestricted drivers license
• Clean background and criminal record.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Current Negative TB or Negative X-Ray
