Position

WCCTV is looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Lead having responsibility for planning, building and executing targeted marketing campaigns that support sales growth in the Company’s government sales vertical to include public works/utilities, transportation, emergency management and city and county agencies.

This role is about delivering measurable, campaign performance that supports new customer acquisition and rental or sales growth of WCCTV’s mobile security surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns that target key government personas across priority states and sectors.
  • Build and optimize PPC, paid social and You Tube campaigns that create qualified leads for the US sales team.
  • Execute vertical and regional campaigns that include email sequences, landing pages, case study promotion and follow up activity.
  • Support the delivery of micro ABM programs including account research, tailored messaging and outreach assets.
  • Deliver ongoing campaign testing to improve click through rate, conversion rate and cost per opportunity.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure prompt follow up and to track progression of marketing sourced leads.
  • Maintain responsibility for campaign performance against agreed KPIs including pipeline influence, conversions and revenue contribution.

Content and Channel Management

  • Create and schedule campaign content for email, social media, paid platforms and targeted outreach.
  • Localize and adapt core messaging to US government sectors including public safety, critical infrastructure and construction projects.
  • Coordinate the production of campaign assets such as landing pages, one pagers, email templates, digital ads and short videos.
  • Manage monthly promotional calendars to ensure consistent visibility in target markets.
  • Support the US PR and content program by amplifying case studies, success stories and sector insights.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on marketing campaign execution and demand generation.
  • Demonstrable experience planning and delivering successful targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Linked In Ads and You Tube, with responsibility for budgets, optimisation and performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting government sales or rental models, ideally involving long sales cycles, framework agreements, RFP‑led buying or repeat rental revenue preferred.
  • Prior involvement in account‑based or highly targeted campaigns, including account research, persona‑driven messaging and coordinated outreach.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams, with a clear understanding of how marketing activity supports pipeline creation and deal progression.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems used to track leads, opportunities and revenue contribution.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the office at the Company’s US headquarters in Richardson, Texas.

Compensation and Benefits Offered
  • Competitive salary up to $85,000 per year depending upon experience.
