We are seeking a strong Marketing Coordinator whose job is to grow a sales pipeline by creating a comprehensive marketing strategy and setting appointments for Inspire Financial Group in Richardson, TX.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate superb marketing and analytical skills. We are looking for an individual who can plan, execute, and iterate campaigns to drive engagement, quality leads, and qualified opportunities. This individual will execute email marketing, lead nurturing, direct mail, coordinate speaking engagements, and other marketing activities in an integrated fashion that results in a larger overall sales funnel of high‑quality leads.

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
• Experience in a fast‑paced office setting
• Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
• The desire to work long‑term in the financial industry

• Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a sharp eye for detail
• High degree of creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule

• Create the direct marketing strategy, planning marketing and client events
• Execute and attend seminars and client events
• Create, execute, and measure all marketing campaigns
• Oversee content and communication strategies to maintain high satisfaction scores among existing clients
• Oversee the development and/or implementation of marketing funnels through branding and building of landing pages, registrations, pre and post email drip communication
• Oversee the email marketing strategy, including email cadence and drip campaigns, while monitoring performance
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
• Stay informed on company‑produced content and leverage it across platforms
• Oversee the development of pre and post lead nurturing and contact strategies
• Monitor the performance of all lead funnels to gauge performance and ROI and make recommendations on how to optimize marketing programs
• Assist in the branding and development of marketing and brand products
• Utilize the firm’s CRM system and relationship marketing platform, Levitate
