- Hands‑on assembly and build of MULTILITE™, LONGSHOT™, CANSF
230, FANLITE™, SOF
230, CARRYMAST™, and related HF antenna systems - Follow detailed build plans, drawings, and instructions for accurate and timely assembly
- Conduct product testing and verification to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving build issues during production
- Support RMA processes by testing and repairing returned products as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of build steps, testing results, and production activities
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all safety, quality, ITAR, MIL‑STD, and compliance requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- 5‑7 years experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production operations (defense or telecommunications experience a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build instructions
- Basic understanding of product testing procedures and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow supervisor’s direction
- U.S. Citizenship required as mandated by our government contract
- Prior experience with defense or tactical communication systems
- Hands‑on electronics, RF, or mechanical assembly experience
- Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving, high‑compliance production environment
- Demonstrated strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
