Overview

An Andrew customer, C & S Antennas, an Amphenol company, is a global leader in advanced HF antenna systems for military, tactical, and emergency communications. Our product portfolio includes MULTILITE™, LONGSHOT™, CANSF
230, FANLITE™, SOF
230, and CARRYMAST™, all designed for rapid deployment, durability, and compliance with stringent military standards.

Responsibilities
  • Hands‑on assembly and build of MULTILITE™, LONGSHOT™, CANSF
    230, FANLITE™, SOF
    230, CARRYMAST™, and related HF antenna systems
  • Follow detailed build plans, drawings, and instructions for accurate and timely assembly
  • Conduct product testing and verification to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving build issues during production
  • Support RMA processes by testing and repairing returned products as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of build steps, testing results, and production activities
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, ITAR, MIL‑STD, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred
  • 5‑7 years experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production operations (defense or telecommunications experience a plus)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build instructions
  • Basic understanding of product testing procedures and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow supervisor’s direction
  • U.S. Citizenship required as mandated by our government contract
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience with defense or tactical communication systems
  • Hands‑on electronics, RF, or mechanical assembly experience
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving, high‑compliance production environment
  • Demonstrated strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
