You will work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to proactively address factory equipment needs, implement preventive maintenance, and lead or support equipment upgrades and installations. This is a highly hands‑on, technical position in a fast‑paced, high‑demand defense manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use multimeters, current probes, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose complex issues.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure factory equipment is safe, reliable, and efficient.
  • Support layout planning, capital equipment procurement, and documentation updates.
  • Participate in call‑in and weekend work as required to support critical operations.
  • Follow all OSHA and Raytheon safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
