As the HELIAX Director of Global Operations, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, maximizing efficiency to support business needs in alignment with the goals of cost, service, and quality.

• Define and implement the manufacturing strategy to achieve both short- and long-term goals, including sustained manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Drive annual cost savings and achievement of key global objectives.
• Foster a culture focused on service, cost, quality, cash, and innovation.

• Develop and communicate short-term and long-term manufacturing strategies.
• Manage earned hours execution and control factory variances.
• Achieve conversion costs as planned and meet cost savings targets.
• Minimize nonstandard costs.
• Build and develop a high-quality support team with future succession plans.
