Are you passionate about building leadership capability and driving organizational growth? GAINSCO is seeking a Leadership Development Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve enterprise-wide leadership programs. This role is highly delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on facilitating leadership development classes and live learning experiences, while also contributing to strategic program architecture and business partnership to strengthen leadership at all levels.
Whatdoes the Leadership Development Manager do?
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual leadership training sessions as the primary focus of this role.
- Facilitate programs such as Leadership Foundations, Emerging Leaders, and Advanced Leadership.
- Manage annual leadership training calendar and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual sessions.
- Architect multi-level leadership development programs aligned with succession planning and talent strategies.
- Partner with executives and HR to assess leadership capability gaps.
- Own leadership competency models and measure program effectiveness.
- Embed coaching and mentoring into leadership programs.
- Support manager effectiveness through feedback tools and 360 assessments.
- Promote a culture of continuous leadership growth and accountability.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Certifications:
- Certification in leadership coaching, facilitation, or assessments is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of direct facilitation experience in leadership development, talent development, or learning and development is required.
- Proven experience managing enterprise leadership programs.
- Strong executive presence and facilitation skills.
- Experience with 360 assessments and leadership diagnostics.
- Background in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.

- Ability to facilitate multiple-day sessions onsite and virtually.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills across all leadership levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
