Responsibilities
  • As a Customer Success Workflow (CSW) Specialist, you will support Account Strategists who work directly with advertisers to optimize campaigns on our Client’s platform. Analyze ad performance metrics, provide data-driven insights, and execute strategic tasks that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze Client’s ad performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPM, ROAS, Conversion Rates) to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Work with Account Strategists to execute data-driven campaign strategies for mid-funnel, upper-funnel, lead-gen, and app-based advertising solutions.
  • Research and recommend A/B testing strategies, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Data & Insights Reporting:
    Create customized data reports and dashboards for Account Strategists to present to advertisers.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance summaries with actionable insights based on historical trends and real-time data.
  • Develop presentation slides for QBRs, RFPs, and internal strategy meetings, ensuring alignment with advertisers’ objectives.
  • Workflow Execution &

    Collaboration:

    Manage multiple tasks and workflows assigned by Account Strategists, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Ad Operations, to enhance advertiser experience and campaign success.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to improve internal processes, increasing efficiency in campaign management and advertiser engagement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    Experience in digital advertising, media planning, ad operations, or customer success roles within an ad-tech or agency environment.
  • Experience creating data-driven reports and presentations (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.).
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver insights effectively.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and broader digital ad trends.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
