How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As an AI & Automation Intern, you will deliver automation and AI-driven process
improvement projects as part of the CTO Group. You will collaborate with
cross-functional stakeholders across business units and shared functions
including Engineering, operations, Sales, Finance, and IT to streamline
workflows, improve data visibility, and accelerate AI adoption across the
organization. This role will be based in Richardson, Texas.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Identifying high-impact AI automation opportunities across teams
Establishing a repeatable process to capture requirements, inputs/outputs,
constraints, and success metrics for AI automation
Designing AI workflows by structuring prompts, context, and data inputs for
reliable LLM outputs (context engineering)
Prototyping AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, and automation tools
Creating dashboards and stakeholder reports
Creating AI demos and internal showcases
Supporting AI workshops and lunch-and-learns
Helping evangelize AI adoption and best practices across the organization

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Be a Senior or enrolled in Grad School at the time of the internship. The
intern cannot have graduated by the time the internship begins.
Have a 3.6 GPA or higher in the U.S. or equivalent in other locations
Required Major(s):
Computer Science, Data Science, Human-Computer
Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, or related technical field with strong
programming and analytical experience
Required software and/or hardware skills:
Python or C# or low-code tools,
SQL and basic database knowledge, Data analysis and visualization tools,
Familiarity with APIs, Understanding of ML Concepts, Exposure to RAG and Context
Engineering

Have experience with AI/LLM tools
Have built LLM apps, agents, or RAG pipelines
Have built automation or data projects
Have experience with dashboarding tools
Demonstrate strong communication, interviewing, and presentation skills
Proactively seek inefficiencies and propose solutions
