The Systems Manager is a strategic and technical leader responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of office systems, applications, and server infrastructure used across the organization. This role is pivotal in delivering seamless user experiences by managing core platforms such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra , MFA/SSO, SharePoint, and foundational server infrastructure. This leader also drives continuous improvement in user support processes and self-service capabilities.

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals focused on identity, access, asset management, and system hardening.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure high availability and performance of user-facing office systems and backend server infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business units to align IT operations with organizational goals.

• Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Administer Entra  (Azure AD) group management, user provisioning, and access controls.
• Ensure robust MFA and SSO configurations for secure and seamless authentication experiences.
• Maintain and support user mailboxes, printers, scanners, and other office technologies.

• Manage provisioning, imaging, and configuration of Windows and/or Linux servers used for office systems and services.
• Monitor server health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Oversee service accounts and critical processes running on servers, ensuring proper access controls and operational integrity.
• Coordinate and execute regular patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation across server environments.
• Maintain documentation for server configurations, operational procedures, and recovery plans.

• Ensure timely onboarding/offboarding of users with appropriate access, devices, and software.
• Participate in and manage the IT support on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
