Job Description:The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for 3 major areas of IT Service Delivery.
- Support and administration of servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, storage, security, and Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
- Handling escalations and advanced support of service requests beyond the abilities of higher-tier Service Desk Technicians.
- Assisting project and technical alignment teams with the implementation of servers, Microsoft 365, Azure storage, and BDR infrastructure projects both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.

- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider
Musts (Technical):
- Strong Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint experience.
- Strong Microsoft server and domain experience.
- Networking experience.
- Diagnostic skills of technical issues.
- Service awareness of all organization's key IT services for which support is being provided.
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
