Technical Sales Support Specialist (HVAC)

The Technical Sales Support Specialist provides critical support to the Parts and National Accounts teams by managing rework programs, coordinating parts logistics, and maintaining accurate product and serial number data. This role requires strong HVAC technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple follow‑ups while ensuring accurate tracking and communication across teams and customers.

Location: Richardson TX 75080
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm M-Th / WFH Fridays
Position: Contract
Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

• Provide technical sales support with a strong focus on HVAC products and systems
• Manage and support rework programs ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion
• Serve as a liaison between Parts National Accounts (NAS) and other internal teams
• Collect and consolidate data from Parts teams and NAS into a master shared database
• Maintain and update shared Excel spreadsheets containing serial numbers, product details, kit tracking status, and related information
• Coordinate shipping of parts and rework kits, including tracking and follow‑up
• Communicate with customers regarding part shipments, rework status, and updates
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow‑up on open items
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and process gaps

• HVAC technical experience strongly preferred
• Excel skills are required – must be able to format and be comfortable within the system
• Proven experience in technical sales support, parts support, or related roles
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent follow‑up and communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills required, including:
  • Formatting spreadsheets
  • Data entry and maintenance
