  • Business Requirement Definition:
Translate ambiguous high‑level business objectives and problems into clear structured analytical hypotheses and detailed technical requirements for the CoE.
  • Impact Maximization:
Drive the strategy and consumption plan for analytical insights ensuring that models and dashboards are properly utilized to improve value segmentation and leverage key business decisions.

  • Design Oversight:
Maintain technical competence in modern analytical tools (e.g., Python, Databricks, Power BI) sufficient to validate the CoE’s approach, evaluate architectural proposals and challenge technical trade‑offs.
  • Deliverable Scoping:
Define the specific output required from the CoE—whether a predictive model built in Python/Databricks or an executive dashboard built in Power BI—and ensure the final deliverable meets the strategic business need.
  • Risk Management:

Partner with the CoE to proactively identify and mitigate project risks related to data quality, model complexity and deployment timelines.
