Position: BA/QA with People Tools

Job Description

People Tools Exposure

Extensive knowledge in the requirements development using People Tools which includes extensive knowledge in working with IB, Components, and PS Security

Excellent analysis and design abilities using object methods in support of authoring System Requirements documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to work as a liaison with both the customer and developers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent analysis and design abilities using object methods in support of authoring System Requirements documentation.

Excellent abilities in the design and creation of test plans and test cases which support the test plans.

Excellent SQL development skills used in support of testing and troubleshooting custom solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to facilitate/lead meetings and communicate project status.

Extensive knowledge in requirements development using People Tools, including working with IB, Components, and PS Security.

Additional Information:

AT&T needs to upgrade their People Tools platform from 8.52 to 8.54.12 to maintain support from the manufacturer. This project is essential for beginning their next major transformation of Payroll, Time, and HR systems.

Interview Details:

Internal users of Payroll, HR, and Time systems (Kronos, custom modules on People Tools). Without this upgrade, the transformation project cannot commence, and support from People Soft will be lost.

Business Challenge:

Upgrade of People Tools platform to ensure support and enable major system transformation.

Project Significance:

This is a large, multimillion-dollar project with CFO visibility, critical for AT&T's back-office operations.
