Application Architect must have tech lead experience.

Application Architect requires:

The
successful candidate has IBM Web Sphere Portal consultant experience,
with in-depth knowledge of migration strategies for large scale
customer-facing applications. Experience upgrading from Portal 6 to
Portal 8, is a plus.

To be considered, candidate must have strong
leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team of experienced
portal developers through migration challenges. Must have extensive
knowledge of, and experience with:

• Themes and skins
  - Theme Policies
  - Screens
  - Responsive Design
• Deprecated APIs
• Security guidelines and standard practices
• Expertise in best practice, knowledge sharing techniques
• Ability to design for the migration approach
• Comfortable in a hands-on coding and implementation environment
• Able to conduct code reviews
• Experience with implementation and delivery
