- Service Level Ownership (SLO) – Responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of two business‑critical applications by monitoring SLAs and collaborating with infrastructure teams to maintain system health.
- Onshore Team Management – Leads and mentors an onshore engineering team, driving alignment with business goals and facilitating collaboration across global teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Application Delivery and Production Support – Manages the full software delivery lifecycle and provides L2/L3 production support, ensuring timely releases, high code quality, and system stability.
- AI Initiative Leadership – Leads the team’s AI adoption efforts by identifying relevant use cases and integrating AI‑driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making.
- Feature Grooming and Requirement Analysis – Works with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and ensuring backlog readiness for continuous delivery.
- Incident, Problem, and Vulnerability Management – Oversees incident resolution and vulnerability remediation, conducts root cause analysis, and ensures compliance with internal and external security standards.
- Operational Excellence and Process Improvement – Drives process optimization through automation and agile practices, tracks KPIs, and implements best practices to enhance team performance and service delivery.
- Release Management – Plans and coordinates release cycles, ensuring smooth deployments and compliance with change management protocols across environments.

The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full‑time employment.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 13 years of progressive experience in software engineering, including leadership roles in application development, production support, and service delivery.
- 4 years of experience in leading and managing software development teams in agile, fast‑paced environments.
- 4 years of extensive experience in developing and supporting PCI‑compliant applications, particularly those involving credit card payment processing, secure data handling, and adherence to industry‑standard encryption and audit protocols.
- 4 years of deep understanding of software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices.
- 4 years of knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, and cloud‑based services (e.g., Azure).
- 4 years of experience delivering high‑quality software products on time and within budget.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining engineering talent, fostering a high‑performance team culture.
- 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and version control systems such as Git.
