This position is within the EHCM (Enterprise Healthcare Management) Organization, specifically in the Government Division, for the implementation of the Integrated Care Coordination Platform. The project involves shifting from the legacy system to a Cloud-based Population Health Management Platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall business and system requirement deliverables for the project, defining and managing customer/stakeholder requirements throughout the SDLC. Key responsibilities include managing requirement traceability, creating test cases for functional, system, and UAT testing, and participating in formulating and defining system solutions and objectives.

• Seasoned Business Analyst with a strong understanding of urgency in hitting deadlines and work ethic
• Healthcare background, ideally Medicaid, to quickly pick up the project requirements
• Experience in UAT testing, including writing test cases and test scripts
