Job Purpose:
This position is a senior IT delivery role responsible for end-to-end delivery of portfolio programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of IT experience, including experience in Project management.Managing multiple projects in parallel and managing large sized programs.Program / project management.Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving.SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS.Knowledge of Dev Ops / continuous deployment / integration process.Experience with Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP.Business acumen.Customer relationship management.Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment.Oral & written communications.Vendor / SLA management.Ability to influence.Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.Teamwork and collaboration.Ability to tie together solutions across systems.Adaptability / ability to manage change.Preferred Job Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology or MBA.
