As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our HR team, collaborating with Operations to fulfill all current and future staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include defining the position requirements, sourcing top talent, and fostering positive relationships with potential candidates, internal customers, clients, industry experts, and vendors.

This position is onsite 5 days a week at our Richardson, TX location.
Essential Job Functions- Build positive relationships with potential candidates, internal customers, clients, industry experts, and vendors
- Develop proactive and creative sourcing strategies to generate a robust pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidate sourcing for the region
- Manage job requisitions assertively and anticipate upcoming recruiting needs to deliver high quality talent
- Maintain constant communication with HR and Operations teams to stay apprised of operational objectives and branch needs
- Evaluate candidates for suitability - Coordinate and conduct interviews in person or virtually
- Identify, register for and participate in recruiting events
- Assist with assessment of internal talent and help identify employee career development criteria
- Perform administrative duties including preparing reports
- Monitor recruiting metrics and present recommendations for process enhancements
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and industry best practices, as well as all applicable laws
- Follow internal onboarding processes for timely and accurate completion
- Other duties as assigned
- 2-3 years recruiting experience required
- Volume recruiting experience highly preferred
- Highly motivated, energetic, proactive, and a team player
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience recruiting for accounting roles highly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a polished, professional and friendly demeanor
- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities
- Demonstrated proficiency with current Microsoft Programs including Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
- Familiarity using ATS systems
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and timely follow-up
- Maintain effective time to fill metrics
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
- Ability to track and report position status
