Overviewof the Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Manage HR records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Process multi‑state payroll, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policies, and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
- Administer HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys , and recognition programs.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility verification, and resolving benefits‑related inquiries from employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of HR laws and compliance, including FMLA, FLSA, EEO, and other relevant legislation.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation and data management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
