On behalf of our client, Procom Services is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a contract role based in Richardson, TX.
Corporate Recruiter - IT Security
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring prospective employees.
Responsibilities:- Source, recruit, and screen/interview qualified candidates using efficient and cost-effective methods.
- Assess the talent and skills of applicants.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies utilizing multiple sources.
- Review and develop job descriptions into postings.
- Coordinate with management to identify hiring needs, job specifications, and qualifications.
- Provide information about the client and opportunities to candidates.
- Use an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing and tracking candidates.
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources staffing.
- 2-5+ years in a corporate recruiting environment, with a focus on creative sourcing (Linked In preferred).
- Experience hiring in high tech, especially in security recruitment, is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Taleo.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence.
- Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and creative.
