Job Description

On behalf of our client, Procom Services is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a contract role based in Richardson, TX.

Corporate Recruiter - IT Security

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring prospective employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Source, recruit, and screen/interview qualified candidates using efficient and cost-effective methods.
  • Assess the talent and skills of applicants.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies utilizing multiple sources.
  • Review and develop job descriptions into postings.
  • Coordinate with management to identify hiring needs, job specifications, and qualifications.
  • Provide information about the client and opportunities to candidates.
  • Use an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing and tracking candidates.
Mandatory

Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources staffing.
  • 2-5+ years in a corporate recruiting environment, with a focus on creative sourcing (Linked In preferred).
  • Experience hiring in high tech, especially in security recruitment, is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Taleo.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and creative.
