  • Provision Support:
Assisting with quarterly and annual tax provisions, including data analysis and journal entries.
  • Global Impact:
Helping prepare Country-by-Country reports and Master Files for federal returns.
  • Collaboration:

Working across the company to gather key tax data and ensuring all federal and state work papers are top-tier.
Who You'll Be Joining
  • Industry Pioneers:
Join a global leader in innovative climate‑control solutions with a legacy spanning over 130 years.
  • Award-Winning Culture:
You’ll be working for a company recently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Companies to Work For in the manufacturing sector.
  • Values-Driven Environment:
The team operates on three core pillars:
    Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.

They aren't just making products; they are focused on redefining the industry to make homes and businesses more sustainable.
  • stability & Growth:
As a publicly traded leader on the NYSE, they offer a stable environment with a strong emphasis on internal career development and "growing with the company".
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

3–5 years of corporate income tax experience (please note: this role focuses on income tax, not sales tax).
  • Background:
Experience in a large corporate tax department or public accounting is preferred.
  • Education:

Bachelor’s in Accounting is required; a Master’s in Tax or a CPA (or candidate) is a huge plus.
  • Tech Savvy:
Strong Excel skills are a must. If you have experience with Hyperion, SAP, or Corptax, you’ll hit the ground running.
  • The Right Fit:
You are organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
