Overview
This role is for a forward thinking leader who can lead AND be in the details. You will oversee a small team of direct reports and be charged with processing transactions, managing the day to day AP activity, drive process improvement and efficiencies, and more.
Responsibilities- Perform and oversee the full cycle of corporate accounts payable processing including invoice entry, coding, verification, and payment execution with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Apply Lean process improvement principles to identify and eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and drive sustainable efficiency gains.
- Monitor and analyze AP performance metrics, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to month-end close activities, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
