- Lead or support project implementation activities including configuration, installation, commissioning, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Work closely with customers to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment outcomes.
- Support the full project lifecycle—from planning to field deployment through final customer acceptance.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with project teams, engineering groups, and customer stakeholders.
- Operate independently, managing priorities and tasks with minimal supervision.
- Travel up to 75% for onsite deployment, support, and customer engagement.
- Perform any other assigned activities that contribute to project and customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in wireline or wireless telecom engineering, field deployment, or systems integration.
- Experience with a major U.S. telecom service provider (AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile, Lumen, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in an international corporate culture, collaborating across regions, time zones, and diverse teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to project demands.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
- Residence in or near Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA.
- Experience with Private Wireless Networks (CBRS, LTE/5G) or commercial Wi‑Fi deployments.
- Background in optical networking, packet transport, or wireless backhaul technologies.
- Experience developing technical documentation, BOMs, or design packages.
- The opportunity to work with major telecom operators and advanced networking technologies.
- A collaborative, globally engaged culture with room for professional growth.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for technical and career advancement.
- Impactful, customer‑facing work in a fast‑moving telecom environment.
