Compensation: $160,000 – $185,000 (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Engineer to join a high-performing SI&T team supporting mission-critical systems. This role is responsible for integrating, verifying, and validating complex software and hardware systems to ensure reliable performance in both laboratory and field environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong systems-level thinking, hands-on integration and testing experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering disciplines in an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform system integration, verification, and validation activities across software and hardware components.
• Participate as a contributing member of an Agile Release Train (ART) team.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and regression test suites.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues during integration and test phases.
• Analyze system performance and validate interface functionality.
• Build and configure test environments to support integration and validation efforts.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to drive issues to resolution.
• Support customer engagement activities related to system integration and test execution.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant systems integration and test experience.
• Demonstrated experience integrating and testing software products in Agile and CI/CD environments.
• Experience with: ◦ Regression testing and test automation ◦ Test scripting and automated test execution ◦ Troubleshooting and debugging software-based systems
• Proficiency with Linux (Red Hat) environments.
• Scripting experience using Python and/or Perl.
• Active, transferable TS/SCI U.S. government security clearance required prior to start date, with the ability to obtain a polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Satellite Ground Systems development or operations.
• Familiarity with satellite and ground station domains, including: ◦ Terrestrial data networking ◦ Command and telemetry systems ◦ Launch operations ◦ Flight dynamics ◦ Mission planning and on-orbit operations
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Test automation experience using tools such as Cucumber, Gherkin, Zephyr, or SoapUI.
• Programming experience with Java, C++, or Python.
• Cloud environment experience; AWS certification is a plus.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred. Work Environment
