We are seeking an experienced part-time Senior Hydrogeologist to lead and provide QA/QC for groundwater-related projects in support of environmental, water resource, and infrastructure initiatives. This role is responsible for technical oversight, client coordination, regulatory coordination, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, sound judgement, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on complex hydrogeologic investigations. Candidate must have experience and expertise in high‑resolution site characterization and integration of groundwater dynamics into site investigation, conceptual site model development, and remedial planning, with particular emphasis on per‑ and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

What you will do:
  • Lead groundwater investigations, aquifer testing, and hydrogeologic assessments.
  • Oversee groundwater modeling, data analysis, and technical report preparation.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive hydrogeology experience.
  • Professional Geologist (PG) license required.
  • Strong experience with groundwater modeling software and data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.
