• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Must have Lead capabilities with a minimum of 3-5 Years.
• Banking Experience is a must (Commercial, Retail, Investment Banking)
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in quality control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly developed attention to detail

• Focus on designing/creating plans and ensuring that the quality requirements adhere to the organization's policies.
• Responsible for ensuring the plan is apt considering its performance, reliability, functionality, and compatibility.
• They should possess knowledge of quality assurance testing tools.
• Good Expertise in Agile Methodology & Test Processes
• Should have working Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering
• Functional Testing
• Integration Testing
• E2E Testing
• Regression Testing
• Automation
• Performance Engineering (Good to have)
• Implementing and leveraging automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Operating a project management effort in collaboration with cross-functional Teams to ensure proper workload distribution and resource allocation based on real-time requirements.
• Facilitating knowledge transfer between onshore and offshore teams through regular communication.
• Developing and implementing test plans for product defects
• Reviewing and approving test results
• Developing and tracking test metrics
• Helping maintain the quality of products.
• Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features
• Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials
• Implementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testing.
• Establishing a robust metrics framework with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement
• They collect all the essential statistics required and identify the root cause analysis method to identify the defect.
• Reduction in employee attrition rates
• Provide knowledge/ Knowledge transfer to new joiners.
• Develops a good rapport between the management and the employees.
• Handling various resources at the workplace
