* What YOU will do:

*** Tracking, reporting, and managing program scope, cost, and schedule execution
* Apply Earned Value Management principles to provide accurate Estimate to Complete (ETC) updates
* Provide monthly variance analyses for associated Control Accounts
* Identify and manage Risks and Opportunities for assigned subsystems
* Collaborate to capture, analyze, decompose, and trace system requirements
* Leverage JIRA to decompose epics and features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
* Plan and execute project-level work to meet schedules, costs, and performance goals.
* Manage technical risks by evaluating design aspects and requirements
* Represent the Systems Engineering team in customer and internal meetings
* Bridge the gap between functional discipline groups and internal/external stakeholders
* Engage in classified lab environments to apply your expertise hands-on (On-site presence required.)
* Travel occasionally to support program requirements
** Qualifications YOU must have:
*** Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
* Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret prior to start date.
* Two (2) Years of experience capturing customer requirements, operations concept development, deriving and tracing system and sub-system requirements
* Two (2) years of experience Proven track record as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
* Four (4) years of Systems Engineering Development Life-Cycle experience
** Qualifications we prefer:
*** Experience with MBSE tools like Magic Draw CAMEO, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
* Experience with requirements tool such as DOORS
* Expertise in building complex SysML models, including developing activity, state, block diagrams, use cases, etc
* Proficiency in Excel Macros and Visual Basic
* Agile experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or other Agile leadership roles
* Knowledge of Project Management, Control Account Management (CAM), and earned value
* Familiarity with bidding and project/task estimation tools (e.g., SEER products)
* Competence in peer review processes, configuration, and change management
* Understanding of military concepts of operations or radio performance standards
* Leadership and mentoring experience systems engineering teams
* Effective communication skills with all levels of management, program team members, and external stakeholders.
