Window Treatment​/Soft-goods Design Consultant

CDD offers in-home consultations, project management, couture details, and perfect installations to bring design dreams to life. This is a full-time on-site role for a Window Treatment/Soft-Goods Design Consultant at Custom Drapery Designs, LLC. The Design Consultant will be responsible for providing personal, high quality customer care, and creative couture custom design; such as window treatments, shades, bedding and re-upholstery. The role will involve collaborating with clients to create luxurious custom design solutions that reflect their personal style and needs.

This is a commission-based position for a driven individual who is motivated by performance, flexibility, and long-term growth. Success in this role comes from your ability to nurture new leads, manage communication thoughtfully, and turn first-time clients into repeat customers and referral sources one converstaion at a time.

You will be trusted to take ownership of your pipeline, building momentum with each new opportunity and strenthening relationships over time.
