Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Associate Dentist at our Richardson/North, TX location. The Associate Dentist will perform comprehensive dental care, which includes examining and diagnosing oral health issues, developing treatment plans, performing procedures such as restorations, surgical, implants, third molars extractions, braces, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral sedation, non‑molar root canals, and educating patients on preventive dental care.

The role requires ensuring adherence to established dental protocols, maintaining accurate patient records, and working collaboratively with dental staff to deliver outstanding patient care.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including restorations, extractions, oral surgery, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, oral sedation, preventive dentistry, etc...
  • Strong diagnostic skills for identifying oral health issues and developing appropriate treatment plans
  • Excellent patient communication skills for educating patients on oral health and managing treatment expectations
  • Knowledge of dental technology and commitment to staying updated on the latest dental practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  • State licensure to practice dentistry in Texas
  • Experience in a clinical dental setting is a plus
  • Commitment to providing high‑quality patient care and fostering a patient‑centered environment
