The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks highly qualified candidates to fill the eLearning Specialist (Program Specialist IV) position within the Office of Access and Eligibility Services (AES). AES is driven by its mission to connect Texans to services by helping individuals and families in need of food, medical care, cash assistance and other social services.

The eLearning Specialist- Reports to the Content Development Manager in the Office of Learning and Professional Development (OLPD) section in AES.
- Performs highly complex (senior level) consultative services, technical assistance work, and advanced eLearning instructional design and development for AES staff.
- Develops eLearning, video, web-based and blended training for multiple programs such as Texas Works (TW), Medicaid for the Elderly and People with Disabilities (MEPD), the Community Partner Program (CPP), strategic initiatives, and other special projects as assigned.
