Our client is currently seeking a Customer Support Associate About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Call Center Representative to join our client team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and process documents between calls. You will ensure compliance with security and quality standards while delivering accurate information to callers.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and follow quality program guidelines for each interaction.
  • Verify caller identity and adhere to security protocols.
  • Use DE and other systems to retrieve program details and respond accurately to inquiries.
  • Communicate correct information and maintain required call talk times.
  • Follow call scripts and program guidelines consistently.
  • Process incoming documents and files according to established procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of call center experience, with at least 2 consecutive years at one employer.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle calls across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional education beyond high school.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret file details.
  • Proficient in de‑escalation techniques.
  • Manual dexterity for PC, phone, and office equipment use.
  • Good keyboarding skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability in a fast‑changing environment and effective time management.
Work Conditions

Primarily sedentary role in an office environment. Requires manual dexterity for computer and phone use, including dual monitors. Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data. May require extended hours based on business needs.
