. If you are a forward‑thinker who thrives in a diverse, global setting, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a talented Senior Copywriter to join our Marketing team at Fossil Group
.

Do you love to dream up big ideas? And dig into the nitty‑gritty details? You could add to the magic of our Copy Team. In this role, you will concept and develop engaging omnichannel messaging for the Fossil brand globally. An ideal candidate will possess a sharp editorial eye, a smart sense of humor, and the ability to keep our brand voice feeling current, resonant, and genuinely fun to read.

You’re a fan of fashion—even if hoodies are your daily uniform. You stay tuned into culture and know how to translate what’s happening now into language that feels effortless, human, and true to the brand. Being creative is who you are. You just get it—and it shows.

What You Will Do In This Role
  • Write in the Fossil brand voice across all marketing touchpoints, from website and email to eCommerce, paid media, social, video, packaging, signage, and beyond
  • Concept and write seasonal 360° campaigns in partnership with the Copy Manager, bringing fresh ideas, strong points of view, and creative confidence
  • Develop big ideas—and smaller ones—across campaign narratives, global product launches, taglines, and social activations
  • Translate campaign stories into cohesive, channel‑smart copy tailored to each platform and format
  • Collaborate closely with creative, brand marketing, product design, and merchandising partners to align on objectives and bring ideas across the finish line
  • Become a product expert, turning features and design details into compelling, brand‑right storytelling
  • Present concepts and messaging rationale with clarity, confidence, and Fossil energy
  • Obsess over the details: revise, self‑edit, and proofread to ensure accuracy, consistency, and polished execution
  • Manage deadlines in fast‑moving work streams, providing clear updates and flagging risks early
  • Stay tapped into culture, industry trends, and competitor activity—and bring relevant insights into the work
Who You Are (Requirements)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • 10+ years of professional copywriting experience (agency and/or in‑house)
  • A strong writer and editor with exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Equally comfortable in the fun, brainstorm‑heavy early ideation phase and the structured rollout that follows
  • Able to balance right‑brain creativity with left‑brain organization
  • A confident, low‑ego collaborator who gives and receives feedback thoughtfully and speaks up when it matters
  • Comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and tight timelines without sacrificing quality
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work across digital marketing, paid media, video, and social
  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma; familiarity with Click Up is a plus

Candidates will be asked to complete a copy project as part of the interview process.
