Job Description Details

Your estimating skills should be Metal Stud, Drywall, Stucco and Plaster scope specific. Exposure to Theme Construction estimating is a definite plus.

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and develop cost estimates for labor, material and equipment, including completion of bid packages and preparation of proposal letters.
• Work independently with little/no assistance while communicating with a wide variety of subcontractors and suppliers to develop scopes of work and compute pricing.
• Create and maintain project files and folders and potentially assist in the creation and maintenance of estimating software databases, processes and procedures.
• Utilize On Center Software (Quick Bid) experience; proficient with Outlook, MS Excel, Smartsheet and MS Word.

• 7–10 years of related experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Building Construction or Engineering desired.
• Must be able to sell your own work and bring additional relationships to KHS&S. Pay is commensurate with achieved revenue; salary and bonus are negotiable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with subcontractors and suppliers.
