Job description details:

Your estimating skills should be Metal Stud, Drywall, Stucco and Plaster scope specific. Exposure to Theme Construction estimating is a definite plus.

You can expect to work independently with little/no assistance in performing accurate quantity take-offs, developing cost estimates for labor, material and equipment, including completion of bid packages and prepare the proposal letters.

By working and communicating with a wide variety of subcontractors and suppliers, you'll develop scopes of work in order to compute our pricing.

While doing the above, you'll create and maintain project files and folders and possibly assist in the creation and maintenance of estimating software databases, processes and procedures.

On Center Software (Quick Bid) user experience is required. Experience in Outlook, MS Excel, Smartsheet and MS Word expected as well.

We prefer at least 7-10 years of related experience. A Bachelor of Science in Building Construction or Engineering is desired.

Must be able to sell your own work and bring additional relationships to KHS&S. Pay is commensurate with achieved revenue. Salary and bonus are negotiable.
