A leading construction firm is seeking an Estimator to support their Pre-Construction Team. The ideal candidate will have commercial construction estimating experience, especially in the K-12 or Healthcare sectors. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, managing subcontractor bids, and collaborating closely with project teams. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Familiarity with estimation tools like Procore and Microsoft Office is a plus.
