As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This is approximately a 10 to 12‑week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company.

The Supplier Analyst Intern will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of Lennox’s supplier management initiatives. This role will involve cost analysis, cost reduction projects, and maintaining or updating sourcing information in systems like SAP. Interns will work with cross‑functional partners including category management, supply and demand planning, merchandising, and field sales. Key responsibilities include supporting supplier relationship management, monitoring price changes, assisting in negotiations, and ensuring cost containment and on‑time delivery.

Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full‑Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

What Do You Need To Succeed

Required Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, charts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering
  • Positive, can‑do attitude with a solid work ethic
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn supply chain and supplier management fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Previous exposure to supplier relationship management or cost analysis
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level. Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

What We Offer

Compensation:
This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80–$22/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise…
