As an Executive Assistant
, you will provide general administrative support to a business unit, department, or other organization group.
- Respond to inquiries and follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out.
- Assemble and analyzes information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda.
- Compose memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations.
- Research and obtain information for reports and special assignments.
- Assist with departmental projects.
- May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years related experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in Excel spreadsheets and data manipulation preferred.
- Must be able to prioritize work on multiple tasks and maintain organization.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Keen ability to organize and prioritize duties for multiple departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
:
This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $52,800 - $69,300 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
