The RoleWe’re looking for an Executive Assistant to serve as a unique connector across the Operations Department for Atlético Dallas. This position will report to the COO, but will have multiple projects across stadium, concession, team and game day operations with multiple stakeholders present. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, proactive, and thrives in environments that require flexibility, urgency, and independent execution.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage multiple dynamic executive calendars and ever-changing priorities with speed, precision, and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once across multiple disciplines.
- Communicate with both inter- and intra-departmental colleagues quickly and efficiently.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, documents, and action items from verbal instructions, written requests, and in-person or virtual meeting.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, vendors, and department-wide projects, while partnering with other teams on organization‑wide initiatives.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating needs and executing without hand holding, a “go getter.”
- Prepare meeting materials and develop presentations.
- Facilitate complete headquarters move from Richardson, TX to Dallas Expo Park area.
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment where multitasking is enjoyed, not seen as a chore.
- Exceptional communication, time management and organizational skills with a proven track record of follow‑through and accountability.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Demonstrate follow‑through and accountability in deadline‑driven settings.
- Ability to work full‑time onsite at HQ (Richardson, TX than Echo Park Dallas) with flexibility for extended hours that can include nights and weekends at various venues/events.
- Technical proficiency:
Microsoft Office (required); ability to learn new systems quickly;
Canva, basic Photoshop a plus. - Authorization to work in the United States is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Competitive Base Salary $50k–$70k range (Commensurate with experience).
