Executive Assistant
NICE is currently seeking a high-energy, high-performing, self-starter Executive Assistant to support our newly appointed President, P&T.
We are not looking for just the basic administration support but rather a quick thinker who understands business needs and can act accordingly with little guidance. This position requires attention to details and ability to multi‑task while interacting with a smart and dynamic C Level individual. The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner, handling sensitive information and facilitating communication across the Global Customer Operations organization and within NiCE.
Responsibilities- Heavy calendar management and ability to prioritize activities by understanding business needs.
- Make travel arrangements and handle expense reports
- Assist in coordinating management meetings, offsites, customer meetings, client events etc.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the COO and the Executive Leadership team.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, email and correspondence, responding if appropriate
- Draft and polish presentations and critical correspondence
- Assist in tracking key projects and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Special projects including research and reporting
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a large multi-national organization.
- Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment and quickly shift gears as priorities change.
- Quick study, proactive and proven success in ability to understand the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both internal and external contacts with professionalism and tact
- Strong organizational and computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint and PowerPoint required)
- Excellent communication (written/presentation) skills and high energy
- Work independently, with multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive and customer‑focused
- Proven ability to always think “one step ahead”
- Flexible and able to act under pressure with minimal guidance and feedback
- 5 plus years in a similar role
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
