Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to‑day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and office supplies
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Support team members with special projects as needed
Pay Details

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
