RoleWe are now looking to employ a Trainee Administrator to become part of our team.
Full Time/Permanent – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.
Job Description- Manage phone calls and e‑mail correspondence
- Manage surveyors and supervisors’ diaries
- Proof read and type surveyors’ reports
- Liaising with clients
- Accurately process a wide range of documents
- Reliable, dependable, and proactive approach at all times
- Proficient I.T. skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Being able to work as part of a team
- Flair for customer service
