$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

A growing, technology-driven organization is seeking an Accounting Supervisor (AP/AR) to join its expanding Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys a mix of leadership, hands‑on transactional work, continuous improvement, and operational partnership.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounting Supervisor will lead a small AP/AR team and serve as a working manager, responsible for month‑end close activities, reconciliations, audit support, and process oversight. With a high‑volume rental environment (recurring invoicing every 28 days) and a manufacturing/assembly component, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of AP/AR experience; 1–3 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and US GAAP fundamentals
• Solid analytical and reconciliation skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and mid‑tier ERP systems
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience with sales tax filings and multi‑state environments is a plus
• Experience with Access Dimensions, Syrinx, or Avalara is a plus (not required)
• 100% onsite in Richardson, TX (occasional WFH as needed)
• Standard hours: 8–5
• Minimal overtime, primarily around month‑end close (approx. 4–5 hours)
• Fast‑moving team environment with strong support and training
