Position SummaryAs a member of the Corporate Reporting team, you will handle monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables. You will research and monitor changes in IFRS standards, implement them, prepare consolidations and financial statements, manage monthly management business review packages, support external auditors, and recommend corporate accounting policies.
Key Responsibilities- Research IFRS standards, assess impact, and manage adoption of new IFRS standards.
- Prepare technical accounting memorandums and keep them up to date.
- Prepare working papers for quarterly and annual reporting packages.
- Prepare board presentations and month‑end reporting/financial information to the parent company and other compliance reporting.
- Prepare consolidated and non‑consolidated financial statements with note disclosures in accordance with IFRS.
- Collaborate with accounting teams, operational departments, and auditors for support.
- Implement process improvements to achieve reporting efficiency and quality.
- Assist with system testing for system implementations and upgrades.
- Respond to external auditors’ queries for consolidation and financial statement note disclosures.
- Handle ad‑hoc projects as required.
- Accounting/Finance/Business Degree.
- Ex‑Big 4 experience; CPA preferred.
- 3‑5 years of experience in financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
- Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion (or other accounting software) and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Self‑starter with strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
