Position: Local Truck Driver- Class A (92376)

This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

• $18 per hour
• Holiday pay per day: $175

Activity-Based Bonus Components:

• Cent per mile rate: $0.57 - $0.63
• Detention pay: $12 - $15 per hour
• Drop/hook stop: $10 per stop
• Stop pay: $30 per stop
• Driver Assist: $30 per event
• Backhaul stop: $25 per stop
• Intermodal loads: $25 per stop
• 6th day incentive: $150 flat rate
• Difficult delivery pay: $150 per occurrence
• Miscellaneous paid time: $15 per hour
• Safety training: $20 per hour
• New hire training period: $250 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,088
• Daily home time
