Ruan is hiring floater yard spotters to be based in Rialto or Fontana to maneuver tractors and trailers at our facility for Target. Class A CDL is preferred but this operation will accept non-CDL holders as well. Previous yard experience is required. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at .

Class A CDL drivers earn $26 per hour for p.m. shifts and $23 per hour for a.m. shifts. Non-CDL holders earn $24 per hour for p.m. shifts and $21 per hour for a.m. shifts. All shifts earn overtime after eight hours. Floaters will have a main domicile but can work both Rialto and Fontana yards as needed and get paid an additional $0.75 per hour over base pay.

Be home daily with overtime per day! Weekends are required with all shifts; drivers will have days off during the week. Current shifts available are Friday through Monday, starting 4:45 pm to 3am. Friday and 6 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Saturday to Monday. We also have 4-day work weeks with split days off, p.m. shifts, split days off Monday, Friday and Saturday or split days off Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Maneuver 53' dry van trailers at the facility using yard tractors. Previous yard experience is required.

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Additional qualifications will apply
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
• Class A preferred, previous yard experience required for non Class A
