Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Department: Operations
Reports To: Distribution Manager
Position Type: Full Time
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) + OT as needed
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hr
Purpose of Position
To direct the daily activities of a warehouse or account, including labor scheduling, and proper utilization of space and equipment as directed by Distribution Manager.

Position Competency- Ability to coordinate and communicate
- The ability to build a good relationship with the team.
- Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
- Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to twist, squat and reach above shoulder level.
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
- As directed by Distribution Manager, plan and schedule all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Understand customer contract requirements.
- Ensure SOP and customer work instructions are followed.
- Direct and oversee job assignments and plan daily labor schedules.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve stated objectives.
- Develop and maintain a productive work team by assisting the Distribution Manager in training and cross training of employees.
- Assist Distribution Manager to ensure current and accurate inventory control for each account.
- Follow food/safety SOPs and AIB standards.
- Report equipment and facility building/grounds damage and repairs.
