All supported Living Positions require minimum staff member qualifications, skills, or education to ensure that our Direct Care Personnel provide our consumers with the highest-quality support possible.

• The skill, training, or education to do the following:
• Establish and maintain constructive and appropriate relationships with consumers.
• Minimize risk of endangerment to consumers' health, safety, and well-being.
• Certified in first aid and CPR
• Have a current and valid license and certificates, which are legally required to provide services
• Responsible for implementation of the Consumer’s individual support plan.
• Direct care Staff/Support coach shall participate in the development of the client’s support plan and following individualized service plan/schedule
• Train consumers to acquire their Individual Program Plan (IPP)/ Individual Support Plan (ISP) Objectives, assisting consumers with their personal needs/care and involving them in outside community activities.
• Train consumers to follow all medication administration procedures and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Document notes on each training objective
• Follow all safety regulations
• Accompany consumers for their medical appointments
