If you love cars, enjoy serving others, and want to be active and work outside, then join us as a Customer Service Teammate. You’ll help customers care for their cars—explaining our car wash options and requirements, preparing and loading their cars, and assisting them with self-cleaning options. You will also help maintain our car washes and sites to ensure a superior, clean experience for all customers.

• Positively and energetically engage with and communicate with customers
• Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety
• Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time
• Prepare and load cars in our car washes and explain options and requirements to customers
• Assist customers with self‑cleaning options
• Help maintain car washes and sites to keep a superior clean experience

• Be at least 16 years old
• Verify you can work in the US
• Capable of standing, moving, and smiling for long periods of time

Our teammates in this role typically earn $18.90/hour, which includes a base pay of $16.90/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
